The Zhi lou system can use the steel keel as the main load-bearing structure. The Aifuxi board is fixed on the load-bearing steel keel as an important liner. Construction method 

According to the different spans of the building, the calculation of static load and dynamic load, select the reasonable profile and design the spacing of the main and auxiliary beams to better and rationally choose  Aifuxi zhilou.

According to the different spans of the building, the size of the load, the spacing of the supporting beams, ctc. the thickness of the fiber cement  board is also different. However, according to the specifications of the national building materials, the fiber cement board selected must be a  high-density fiber cement board with a density greater than 1.8g/cm8..the flexural strength(air dry state) should be greater than28mpa.

The longitudinal direction of the slab should be placed parallel to the main beam. The edge of the joint between the slab and the slab should fall on the same main beam. The slab joint should be filled with silicone rubber seal.

The length of the self-tapping- serews for fixing is0--3.5mm, the nail pitch is between 300-600mm, and the edge of the nail hole around the  board should be about 20mm.
